The 100+ temperatures didn’t stifle Nolan and Brad on offense or on defense during the 4-day Summer Classic Wood Bat tournament. Both produced a number of solid hits, including a lead-off triple for Brad and a home-run for Nolan. They also came up with the defense when in mattered, including back-to-back web gems in the outfield in the final inning of the championship game to help lead the Boise Capitals to victory.
